name your Dodo!

Like most of us, I guess I'm writing from that sideways part of the multiverse, adjacent to Thursday's world but where regenerated Dodos have yet to make an appearance. This being said, may I put in a possible contender for the post of 'pet Dodo' based on animals we do, at present, have living?
Okay, so I'm biased as I have two of them but my firm favourite is not, as might be expected, ducks (although they do come a close second) but that most fascinating of lagomorphs - THE HOUSE RABBIT!!!

Everything I've learned about house dodos in the TN books could apply to my two - right up to the plook plook noises they make, their need for human affection and the preoccupation with carrier bags full of food.
That's all I'm saying on the subject - but surely there must be more of us out there? Come on, house rabbit fans - your 'dodoesque' stories please! Preferably post-veterinary visit cos, let's face it, things CAN be a little one-dimensional in their dear little brains up to that point.
P.S Here's an interesting fact - my male Dutch, Bilbo, will eat ANYTHING bakery related: hobnobs, carrot and banana cake, victoria sponge, chocolate digestives ... anything - and I mean this - but Battenburg. Even the 'Special' range from Waitrose.
S'true.
Freaky.

My cat has no wings, just like Pickwick, and he's also impossible to train, even with marshmallows.

Is that what they are calling it now?

I have three cats. They are referred to as "the furry terrorists"

One is also a vampire penguin. Go figure.

We have a dog that thinks she's a cat and another that is as thick as a very thick thing....

I have a cat who is a complete coward and who people don't believe actually exists because they've never seen him (he runs if he hears a car pull up in the driveway) and another who will go off with anyone who gives her attention. Complete tart.

They make up for my lack of personality nicely.

Bonzai Kitten! Shame on you!

Truth be told I did think of it but declined from commenting and was serious about the pie!

My mum, sister, two nieces and mrs. SkidMarks are all scoffing pizzas and stuff, having a girls night.

I am sat here, listening to 'Love Their Country' by Me First and the Gimme Gimmes.

If I want pie, I had better make my own arrangements.

We name our cats phonetically according to body weight: one lumberin' fat cat called Rosabelle, and one named Fred who's a third her size.

Why is it we always "name" our cats while they're still cute and fluffy before we know what their personalities will be?

Had I known how Jack Daniels was going to turn out, we'd have called him ASBO
or "Ya **"£$"£$"$"£"

Cataclysm is aptly named but Bronte really should have just been called "Cranky Cat" from the beginning to avoid any confusion..........
