Yes. When you see the dog, you can say "Yet here's a Spot."..................

What? You mean you were planning on using a different line? Are you sure?

Great names, pet owners! Trouble was, Billie (house rabbit the first) was a pressie for my twins' 12th, and my daughter gave him the first name she thought of. At the time I thought Billie was singularly uninspired but he does actually sort of suit the name - he's a bit of a Billy Bunter when it comes to food. Newbie was a rescue job and the name's short for 'Anubis.' That's because she's almost pure black and I knew a black horse called Anubis who was a real terror - bordering on Shetland/psychopathic. Despite that she turned out to be a real sweetheart.

Another house rabbit fact - Newbie came to us 'normal' (for a rabbit) but quickly developed Billie tendencies. It means she gets more to eat. Latest delicacy (and Billie's current fave breakfast food) is ... TOAST!!! With marmalade, and just a scraping of butter. They prefer marmalade that's a bit bitter, with lots of peel - offer lightly toasted Sainsbury's bloomer with vintage Oxford and you risk a dislocated elbow as they grab it between them. See - I SAID they were akin to dodos. Let's hear it for the Toast Bunnies!!!

A friend's daughter has just decided to get a cat from a rescue centre. It's a little ginger thing with four white paws, a white belly and a little white blaze on it's forehead - so naturally, they've decided to call it Dave!

No, sorry no recollection sof the line.

Are you sure you are not confusing it with "Crab" in "The Two Gentlemen of Verona"?

Could work. Call the dog crab.

Although flea might be better.

Then you can teach it to play On Murcury, by the chili peppers and make a few bucks touring the pubs.

Do not know the song.

I still like the death metal version of the Spongebob Squarepants theme I found. Wonder if I could get it to do that....

I'm having two-dimensional sponge for supper today, incidentally. Hate... too much... head expanding...

I once had to follow a four-foot SpongeBob around all day at Universal Studios--I was working temporarily as one of the roving photographers and I had to take a picture of every little kid who wanted to go stand with SpongeBob. I still have nightmares.

Talking about sponges. What ever happened to the dreaded loofa? You couldn't turn around with bumping into one in most bathrooms 20 years ago. Where did they all go?
Not a bad name for a pet though, "loofa".

I don't know, but it's worth cutting off a hand or something then trying to grow my own David Tennant in the back of the wardrobe, isn't it!

How would you grow a David Tennant from your own hand? Surely that would grow another Kitten?
