What is it with pointy sticks?

'Pointy sticks' are natures way of indicating the aspects of reality of which you should take especial note.

Blunt sticks, on the other hand, are the work of insurrectionist individuals or cartels who wish to hide the truth about the universe from you.

Blunt sticks are also useful for objectively measuring how painful things are, posthoc.
