A strange sight, indeed, when fifty years after the bridge was blocked,
police turn up again and deter everyone from passing from one side to the other, if only temporarily to prevent antifascists and nazis to get at one another. At least today I can be sure that on Monday I'll be sitting again in a tramway passing over the bridge on my way to work, and my only complain will be that it's the first day of school after summer break and the carriage will be packed again.
