Well, we need a new license plate for our van and I want to do a personalized one.
Should I get:
THRSDAY
THRS NXT
THRS-NXT
or
NEXTIAN
???
Those are all still available.
or can you think of a better one. I have 8 spaces to work with, BUT if all 8 spaces are used, one of them has to be a space or a dash. Otherwise, I'd have done THURSDAY
My hubby thinks I'm nuts. But he's used to it. And it's MY vehicle!
and on that note, guys and gals, I'm off to bed. Eddie's birthday tomorrow, so a busy day of swimming, eating cake, taking him to the farm, more cake, and if he's very good, some cake.
Of course, we may have some cake along the way. Did I mention we had nearly a WHOLE chocolate cloud cake left over from his birthday party? Mwahahaha.

OoooH! I love SPEC-OPS! If we lived ANYWHERE else in the country, I'd feel safe using that. However, we live WAY too close to Washington DC for that one to be cool. I could just see my car getting demolished (hopefully with me NOT in it!) because it was too close to the Special Operations of any number of government agencies around here. Wouldn't be prudent!
I like LTRA-TEC too...oh boy now what to decide!! yikes!
The goal on these things is to make people aware of what your "message" is and THURS-NXT would probably get it across because they'll know what it says, and if they've read the books, they'll know what it means.
I dunno, still brainstorming!
do you think "NEXTIAN" sounds too much like a Star Trek geek type of thing?
LOL, (or should I say hehe Carla?) I was about to post that same observation about Washington D. C., but more along the lines of car vandalism from citizens annoyed with Special Operations...or frantic kids asking for autographs...maybe if you kept your sunglasses handy you could at least act the part?

Revolt! Revolt! No matter why or when,
It's novelty--old novelty again.
I like NEXTIAN, LTRA-TEC, and THRS-NXT, and I agree that SPEC-OPS would be a tad risky in D.C.
Other possibilites:
EYRE AFR
DODO LVR
GOLIATH
SO-27
TOAST
A HADES

I'd go for NEXTIAN myself. I don't think it's too geeky, and it gets the message across. (I wonder how much TREKKIE would sell for?) LTRA-TEC is a good runner up, though.
