Well, it might have started like that, and of course many people do put links to news and events in their blogs, but gradually the personal diary element has taken over, so that I think my definition is the more generally understood one. I mean, like, a visit to Cadbury World is so not news, is it?

(And what the plock does phat mean? .... no, no, I don't want to know ... I grew up speaking English and I'd like to keep it that way).
