I Didn't actually have breakfast yet. I Can't find any Dandelions. and, I don;t really know what burdock is, altough I suspect it is a root of some sort.

Smoked sausage, bean sprouts (finishing off the pack that I bought to try in sandwiches with peanut butter...), watercress, spring onion, black olives, & assorted pickles. Maybe some potato salad, too.

I'm thinking probably pasta with chicken and broccoli in a nice garlic sauce. Parmesan lightly sprinkled on top, italian bread.

Topped off with a glass(or two) of a nice red wine.
