Yeah - standard gutter charge of one nickel....

Good-o. Always nice to know inflation has no place in the gutter...

Clarification: the charge of a nickel is for O's (or o's). Payment for complements is not subject to gutter regulation.

Successful shopping trip with Gary and managed to spend less than £30. Considering the fortunes I've spent on previous trips to Tescos with him, that's darned good going. Mind you, I didn't buy any clothes, electrical goods, CD's or DVD's this time, so that helped.

Might actually be eating sensibly for a few days now :)

Dinner at parents: cheepest meal requiring absolutely no effort.

Pork tenderloin marinated in garlic, olive oil and herbs, steamed summer squash and mashed potatoes in garlic butter. Quite good. The only time I ever eat really well is when they feed me.

I eat there often. hehe

Sarah, try the replacing one meal with a bowl of cereal diet, then have the other meal quite low cal... has been working for me, lost 1 dress size and about 4 or 5 kgs in 6 weeks...

dinner was vegetable stir-fry with hardly any olive oil and a grilled pork steak.

Carla, that sounds disgustingly healthy. Don't do it again! Next itme, garnish it with little marshmellows and bits of chocolate.

Dinner today... (M-u-m! Oh woops, she's not here @ the moment) oh yeah, chicken enchiladas *yummy!*

Ditto Kaz! Chocolate .....

ILS

P.S My class had to make hokey pokey and marshmallows in food tech. Tasted disgusting because strange teacher had sprayed liberally with metallic cooking spray *bleugh*.

PSD, I've just understood what you meant. I wasn't awake then - hadn't had my morning cup of coffee yet. Now I have. <rolls eyes>

Carla, I had a cereal bar for breakfast. Only 90 calories. Quite nice actually, considering.
