In the grand traditon...

Of those who have gone before me, I just wanted to tell you that i will not be around much for the next week or so. I have to go to atlanta for a wedding and then I will be spending a week at my parents house to meet my brother's girlfriend and send my best friend on her way to Chicago. I'll pop in every so often though.

Maybe someone can pave the gutters with gold while you're away.

Well, Kaz, i suppose i will have to pop in and back you up every so often. Wouldn't want to let PSD get away with too much. Golden gutters will be lovely. I will do my best to have a good time. But, as it is my parents house that I am going to, and my brother's (grrrrrrrrrrr) girl friend that I am meeting, I am not holding out too much hope. My only saving grace is a possible going away party, and a trip to an amusement park. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll even like the (grrrrrrrrrr) girlfriend.
Thanks and I'll see ya.

Simon - do you think there's actually something that no one is the fforum would do?

I find it unlikely.

Bye Slightcap, you know what I've slipped into your case.

My sister married at 17, rapidity being required. That was 23 years ago, their son has grown up, and they are perfectly happy with each other. It doesn't always work out wrong just because people are young - or right because they're old.

Sunday sees the return of a determined Sarah_not_B who will, after valiantly rescuing the egos of her felines from their insane state, catch up in 24 hours, I am sure.

Have fun, Slightcap, and in case you really don't like your brother's grrrlfriend, I'm sure Dimitrij will be happy to take care of her ;)

(and I still think, that there are hardly worse things than finding out that one actually likes a person one was determined not to like.)
