<HTML>Okay, just a few picked at random from [
www.allaboutpubs.com] that happened to tickle my fancy (I forget more beers than I remember - possibly through the action of said beverage):
'Croak & Stagger' from the Frog Island brewery,
'Dog's Bollocks' - Wychwood
'Off the rails' - Pembroke
'Chase your tail' - Spinning Dog (not sure which wayb round that should be, actually)
'Who put the Lights Out?' - Skinners
My winner so far though is (drum roll)...
'Piston Bitter' from Beer Engine (think about it...)
Of course the names you can call beer when ordering are far more fun (just like Piddle) - and even more likely to make toruists panic when you order them in a Stratford pub. Examples are 'cooking lager' - cheapest beer in the place, and 'canoe' - @#$%&, weak lager - so named because just like making love in a canoe, it's f***ing close to water... Gant's piss does the same job here.
Of course, you may have to spend a while educating the barstaff first, as we did with 'Window Jumping Juice' - a particular beer likely to result in serial defenestration in a 'round the cottage and through the window five lap steeplechase'
Probably best not to ask...</HTML>
