How is it going over at your Chris Morre home? last time I visited it was very quiet and so I didn't want to post in case I woke anyone up.

Don't worry, we tend to be in & out at all hours-
the West Coast folks go to bed rather early, but they're deep sleepers...

We are anxiously awaiting next year's release of FOOL, though there's an ARC copy being passed around right now
& I should be getting my turn before this year ends, may blog about it by the holidays-
I only blog about important things like weddings & Chris Moore books/signings these days...

Fans of the bard should be interested in this one-
look for it just before Valentine's Day, though the UK release date may be a bit later, I'll keep you posted...

I would definitely be Big Bird.

Just because I'm gigantic, yellow, feathery and I have fingers

You can probably tell that at this time of the night (3.30am) I saw 4 pages and thought tl;dr (too long;didn't read). So what if it's on topic :p

No volunteers to be the Grouch yet. I'm sorely disappointed.

Hi Kristoff,

help yourself to pie. sweet to the left savoury to the other left.

If you have problems with the 4 pages, keep well away from the treehouse! (68 pages and at least 2 previous threads)

I'll volunteer as the Cookie Monster, but I'm not going anywhere near Bert & Ernie!

There was an invisible treehouse rule book, but it was stolen from the reference section of the library by EgonSpengler, just prior to the appointment of the Queen as librarian. If you find it on your travels would you be so kind at to return it to page 66? Thank you.

Hang on, I'm sure I didn't steal it! I plead innocence! It's still there, I'm sure...

Not only do we not know what you did with the book we don't know where you got the ruler from either.

Incidentally have printed out page 66 and placed it somewhere very, very safe so it's no good editing your incriminating post. Would like to remind you am very good friend of Miss Marple and therefore always innocent.

Darn it, what happened on Page 66? I swear it wasn't me, but my evil twin brother Claude (who has an eye patch) impersonating me!

Also, I'm a thoroughly honest person.

<Wanders off to look at Page 66>

<Returns>

Aha! It doesn't say I took it; but merely replaced it. Actually I left it on the librarian's desk next to the Venezuelan book stand.

Ha!

Egon.

Please accept my apologies, but what with it being invisible, well mistakes do happen, etc etc, lets hope Kristoff doesn't spend too long in the Trafford Centre looking for it.

Just the little matter of where the ruler came from and then you are free to go sir.

Free chocolate and this round of applause, to the man who has learnt more than one use for the word ruler. Hurrah!

Proposes covering every surface of the library with chocolate, in an attempt to find the lost rule book. Cans the idea once it is realised that this is a waste of chocolate.

<Thanks ES in advance for distributing chocolate to forum at large>
<Marvels at CannibalRabbit's good idea.>
<Marvels at CannibalRabbit's even better idea of keeping good idea in cans to stop them going off>
<Puts second idea in can>
<Now has two cans but cannot remember which idea is in which can.>
