Brazillia Shorten Kerr-Lees?

(amended to hyph-e-n-ate surname, and the full name is best said quickly.)

After considering my pain tolerance, I'm going with the moosejaw one.

Lady Shallot? What kind of parties do you get to use that name in?

Probably be a useful name if you were in a pickle!

If you dip pickles in chocolate, folks will start to gossip...

How do you feel about a little boating party?

I'm actually having a boating event this summer!

Thinks Titanic might have been a ship not a boat, but is definitely unsure.
Thinks back to Port/List discussion and thinks we are not very nautical lot.
Wonders at wisdom of hosting boating party given this is the case, but wishes ES well and hopes party goes swimmingly.
Wonders why "swimmingly" has been underlined in red as is clearly spelt correctly and spell check has not previously objected to terrible jokes.
Hopes objecting to terrible jokes is not part of new and improved spell check for 2009 otherwise fforum will become largely unusable.

Well, as many people as I or my sister can manage will go boating on the University Lake at the same time, before dispersing. It should be fun!

I wonder how many people are required to begin dispersion.

Several people, but only one tumbleweed.

Fascinating. I'm sure it contravenes the tumbleweed protection guidelines though.

Surely the real problem is how to perse in the first place.

Maybe, but I'm sure it may be dispelled in the proper fashion.

But why disperse?

Why not continue to accumulate more people until the lake gets up and goes somewhere else?

The geese would rebel long before then, and the ducks, and probably the coots and moorhens too. The swans could get vicious too. It's better to be dispersed that mauled.

"Man scared off by moorhen" - I'm sensing no real commitment to the project.
