0) It's mostly vegetable in origin.
1) Is it a book? No.
2) Is it a tool? No.
3) Is it bendable? Mine isn't.
4) Is it edible? Mine isn't.
5) Is it man-made? Yes, yes, yes.
6) Does it have moving parts? I'll say yes, but I'm sure some people would argue no. Parts of it can move relative to other parts.
7) Is it made of wood? Yes, in a way.
8) Does it have lots of numbers on it? Overall, I would say yes.
9) Is it a die? No.
10) Is it usually circular? No.
10a) Is it larger than a breadbox? No.
10b) Would most fforumites own one? I think some of you would but I couldn't answer to 'most'.

Tool: a piece of equipment, usually one that you hold in your hand, that is designed to do a particular type of work.

Note: I should point out that some of the answers are a little misleading or ambiguous, as is normal in this game. I've really tried my best to be literal wherever possible.

Just to be sure: Is there a particular reason that you spell 'dice' as 'die'?

And now my real question: Does it consist primarily of paper?

Die is the singular of dice.

I believe it is a calendar

Is that a question?

Is the paper primarily pre-printed (as opposed to: being primarily used to write on)?

Shazam. More precisely it's a learn French one phrase each day rip off page calendar with inflexible plastic backing.

<dons the Cape of Justice, but due to a small error wraps it turban-like around head>

<eyes Shoes of Liberty with suspicion after seeing the unfortunate outcome of someone with 31" inside leg wearing 10 league boots>

Thank you Egon - I did try to drop a hint to anyone wanting to pick up the mantle with my perpetual collander reference!

However this time we will choose something entirely vegetable (though usually found within mineral)

Throat - true.

Jugular - "Can of beans."
Throat - "Is it a can of food?"
Nip on leg - "Is the vegetable portion edible?"

00) It is vegetable
01) ? Is it a can of food? Guardedly, no. (Do not concentrate on the container.)

Is Jugular a guess?
Is Nip on leg another question?
