0) It is vegetable and mineral
1) Is it a made thing? Yes
2) Would it usually be found in a kitchen? No. In fact, I would be rather surprised if it has ever been found in a kitchen.

3) Is it usually found indoors? Yes and no. These days, it's rarely found at all, but when found, it's probably usually indoors. However, when it was more common, it was usually found outdoors, so the answer depends on when the question is asked.

6) Could it be carried without assistance by the average human man? No.

I think some clarification is needed, so see the extended answer to the fifth question.

Is it bigger than a bread box? (No, you all haven't gotten rid of me yet.)

You have no idea how patiently I waited.

I'm sure we all waited. It's a very important question.
I'm hoping there's no toilet humour involved in the answer.

I was starting to wonder when that question would come, but now, as order is reinstated, I can relax. However, some of you seem to know things about the strength, or rather lack of strength, of the average human man that I don't know. I would have thought that the average human man could carry a thermometer and most bread box-sized things or smaller without assistance, but I was obviously mistaken!

Marit, you've never seen an "average human man" try to pick up and/or carry an angry cat, I suppose. That is not a guess, or a question, just an illustration...

And the truth is, somehow I missed that questions 5 and 6 had been asked. Time warp, I suppose.

Thank you all for waiting, I'm sorry to have caused any inconvenience.

Does it have any parts that can be moved in the usual use of the object?

Violetmoon, now that you mention it, I've actually never seen an "average human man" try to pick up and/or carry an angry cat. I do remember my father having some difficulty holding my rabbit (which was at the time frightened as a rabbit) when I was going to clip its claws, though, so I can imagine.
