No, but some of my friends are rowers/coxes.

I have a large supply of quotes to draw from, such as:
"Two wrongs don't make a right."
"Yeah but three left turns do."

Ptolemy: nice pic. I assume that it's you at the mic. Nice shaggy hair.
TMH: nice pic too, but 18 is waaay too young for me.

I like to know what folk look like when I'm h'adressin' them. Unfortunately I have no idea how to put a pic in the profile, but I'm assuming it involves a scanner and I don't have one, so if anyone really wants to see what I look like you'll have to send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to.....

Apparently once a guy named John had a letter delivered to him with only a stamp and the words "Crazy John" on the envelope.

Ptolemy - just seen the pic, when it was taken were you aware that someone had emptied a plate of custard over you?

I can't see any pictures on people's profiles. I just see a red cross. Is it my PC setup?

Looking at other profiles, I can see everyone except Ptolemy, it just takes a long time to load the pictures. Is it some kind of AntiPtolemy feature?

Fine, Hetty, I'll post a pic of myself at a social. Can't be done 'til Monday, though.

I'm rather proud of the fact that my profile picture was taken at a Fforum gathering (the Christmas noodle bash in Leeds). That would explain why I'm grinning from ear to ear!

Ah! Noodles! That explains it! And there I was thinking it was a strand of spaghetti hanging off your shoulder!

Hee! Sorry, Sarah. It's actually a really cool photo.

And yeah, I know Holly... it does look a bit like a plate of custard on my head, doesn't it?! Damned stage-lights. Hhmmm... anyone want me to go find another one, or should I just let weeping dogs fly?

I recognise you as well - you were sat on the end of the row behind Carla and me and you asked a couple of questions.

weren't you sitting in the second row? and weren't you the 2nd person on the signing queue (just after AuntySassy who was dressed as Cordeila F(f)lakk?) I was the one taking pics... not very memorable. I had my books signed at the trade croquet game launch party the week before.
