In the days of the old Red Skelton TV show he had the bloke who played the commanding officer in the Phil Slver's Sgt Bilko show.

In Skelton's show he played a General Hazard. When phoned by the President he said:

Yes Sir, General Hazard. Hap Hazard.

I miss that show, probably because of the dancers and David Rose's music, plus Skelton was brilliant performer.
