Thanks! And it wasn't evil weed; it was just tobacco. But it went fine. I'm now allowing myself a cigar every week rather than half a pack of cigarettes a day. (Good thing for coffee, though, I tell ya...)

Any new books on the way?

Since you asked... (That's my birthday present, isn't it. "Go ahead; get some attention before we lock you back in the cellar, boy.")

Blasphemy: A Novel will be on its way to the ol' distributors in March. Or at least, that was what it was supposed to be called. It's had that title throughout the year I've been working on it. But I searched Amazon last week, just in case, and found that some sneeze-eating hack (not that I'm bitter) released a "thriller" -- as if we need any more of those -- called Blasphemy earlier this month.

So it's now called the Wacky Adventures of God.

I figure that the name alone will get it more press than Read This Instead got. Of course, the local paper's just gotten around to reviewing that one, so maybe my stuff's best after some aging. Or an aged liquor? How distraughtening.

Yup, generous, aren't I? Wouldn't worry about the book being better after aged liquor- many things are post-snifter. However, I think RTI needs the reader fully alert to get one's head around it.
