Thought I would say Hi,Im just finishing my forth Jasper book and about to try one of the Nursery Crimes ones.I stumbled across these books by accident ,the only reason I picked the first one up was it had a car on the cover and Im car and Plane mad.Look forward to joining in on the forum though you may have to excuse my occasional bouts of blonde bimboness generally caused by lack of sleep or excess alcohol consumption :)

Hi Mk1Esme

Welcome. You sound as if you'll fit in perfectly - we do bimboness and excess very well.

We do?! How come none of the excess bimbos ever get sent my way?

OK, don't answer that. Sorry I mentioned it.

Welcome, anyway, Esme Mk#1 - pull up a kitten and make yourself at home.

Welcome, Mk1Esme. Once I think of something else witty and remarkable to say, I'll say it, but right now it's too early in the morning (it's only 11.20, after all).

Welcome MklEsme, and if you'd rather not have a kitten, there are plenty of pointy sticks...

Nah, there's only one pointy stick, Kitten - it's out of circulation at the moment. And very painful indeed it is too, I might add.

This is possibly the most surreal introduction thread yet. Well done everyone!

Most surreal? Compaired to what?

Welcome MklEsme. Mind the sugar tongs. They only can be used now by liscenced adults since we had a spot of legal trouble over some improper use of said tongs by our friendly neighborhood fairy, Puck.

*hovers surrealy in spirit of the thread* Ooo...fun. We should start a Flying Circus.

A good friend took me to the Tea Palace in Notting Hill recently as a birthday treat. Highly recommended for anyone who, like me, adores proper English tea and cakes (and doilies and sugar tongs and tea strainers and all the other paraphernalia surrounding tea)

Howdy Mk1Esme! Don't mind me, I just pop in occasionally for the tea. However, I suggest you steer clear of the Battenburg, else who knows what might happen..........................

I take great umbrage at any insinuations regarding my use of sugar tongs! Further, I most strenuously emphasize that my dealings with said sacharine implements were without exception proper, decorous, and strictly aboveboard.

bimboness?
Is that the one between unimboness and trimboness?

***I'll pre-empt the Latin scholars and agree that monomboness is possibly better than unimboness - and rolls off the tongue easier too.

No no no, the bimboness connecting to the tiboness (now hear the word of the lord...)
