<I fancy the "Shakespeare, or some other person of that name" theory...>

On-topic: Is it a Bradshaw (or, failing that, any other Timetable)?

You fell? Tripped, perchance, on your journey between the Bacon and Marlowe camps? It's worth mentioning that the Bacon campsite does a better barbecue - the Marlowe camp provides only S'mores.

It is the Bacon butties (and my own pork pies) which make me fancy that theory, but as they say "[i]where there is a Will, there is some whey"[/]".

I think that I have milked this theme to it's natural conclusion.

Is it a specific title of book/periodical/whatever?

My feeling is that choosing a specific title as a target isn't quite within the spirit of the game.

Repeating answer #2, it's in the general category of papery bearers of information. I still have one beside me. It's not the same one that I had last week, though.

Is it published (as opposed to self-made stuff or whatever)?

08 Is it commercially produced? Yes

It costs money. If it didn't cost you money, someone else paid money and gave it to you.

Is it a one-off publication (even if it gets reprinted every now and then, and even if it forms part of a series), such as a book, as opposed to an 'expiring' or periodical publication, such as directories or magazines?

I'm aware that the answer, in view of earlier ones, is likely to be Yes. But I just want to be sure not to miss something.

Does it usually consist of one sheet of paper/card folded in half?

10 Does it usually consist of one sheet of paper/card folded in half? No

10a That's an interesting question. After all, I said that I was looking at my particular instance of the general object, and mine (when I have one) is usually folded in half. The one beside me is folded in half at the moment. However, folding, bending, creasing or crumpling is entirely up to the current whim of the specific owner of the general object, which in its natural state is generally unfolded.

12 Does it entitle you to a product or a service rendered? Yes

12a Another tricky one, where the answer is much more (but not completely) yes than no. It's not a voucher, coupon or receipt.
